PREPARING THE PROGRESS REPORT:

The pace of the student progress is closely watched and frequent interaction with the parents is maintained throughout the year. However, results of the terminal examinations are formally communicated to the parents. Besides a comprehensive report of the students, educational results, personality traits and co- curricular activities is forwarded to the parents at the end of the every term.

• WITHDRAWAL DISCHARGE:
  For withdrawal on academic and disciplinary grounds, following policy is laid:-
  
  a) ACADEMIC
• Failing in annual examination.
• Failing in three monthly tests ,absent in three monthly tests, successive terminal examinations.
• Not showing satisfactory progress in studies.
  Note: Depending on the causal account of educational weakness, the failures may be allowed an additional chance.
  
  b:DISCIPLINE
• Being guilty of immoral conduct.
• Absence without leave.
• Irregularity in attendance.
• Being undesirable and a bad influence (smoking, stealing, quarreling ,use of bad languages, dishonesty in behavior and non-observance of the college rules are some of the instances which render a student undesirable and a bad influence.
